🗺️ Where We Ship
Media Mint Games ships exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI). We do not ship internationally at this time.
📦 How We Ship
The available carrier service, charge, and carrier-provided transit estimate are shown during checkout. The final method can vary with the products, destination, and package requirements.
⏱️ Processing Time
Orders enter the staff fulfillment queue after payment is confirmed. Tracking is added to the order when a shipping label is created; no fixed handling-time promise is made on this page.
💵 Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the eligible items and destination. Media Mint-stocked items ship free when their merchandise subtotal reaches $50.00. Print-on-demand provider charges remain separate when disclosed on the product page.
🔍 Tracking
When tracking is available, it is recorded on the order and can be viewed by logging into your account and visiting "My Orders."
Made-to-Order Merch
Print-on-demand shirts and novelties are produced after purchase and ship directly from our printing partner. Each product page shows its current production estimate before carrier transit and its separate provider shipping charge.
If an order contains both merch and Media Mint-stocked products, it will arrive in separate packages with separate tracking. The stocked-item free-shipping offer does not remove the disclosed print-on-demand shipping charge.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reach out to arrange reshipping (customer pays return shipping).
