🤝 Agreement

By using mediamintgames.com (the "Site") or placing an order with Media Mint Games (the "Shop", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

🧑 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian agree on your behalf) and be located in the United States to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the payment method and shipping address are yours and accurate.

👤 Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• One person per account. No sharing logins commercially.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms (fraud, chargeback abuse, harassment, scraping, automated abuse).

🎮 Products

• We sell used and (occasionally) new retro video games, consoles, accessories, Blu-rays, DVDs, books, and trading cards.
• Condition is described and photographed honestly. "Used" means used; minor cosmetic wear is normal.
• Listings labeled "AS-IS" or "Untested" are exactly that - we make no warranty those items work.
• Prices, descriptions, and stock are subject to change without notice. If a listing has an obvious error (e.g., a $1,000 item priced at $1), we may cancel and refund.

💳 Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by sending an order confirmation email; until then, we may decline.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying you agree to Stripe's terms.
• We may cancel any order at any time for any lawful reason (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, item misidentified). Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
• Applicable US sales tax is added at checkout where required.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy are part of these Terms. Please read them before ordering.

💬 User Content (Reviews, Offers, Messages)

• You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to display reviews, offers, and messages you submit on the Site.
• Don't post anything illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or spammy. We may remove content at our sole discretion.
• "Make an Offer" submissions are non-binding on us until accepted in writing.

🎁 Pixel Points & Gift Cards

• Pixel Points have no cash value and may be modified or revoked if obtained through fraud, returns abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• Gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and can only be used on this Site. Treat them like cash - lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable unless we can verify they were never used.

📚 Intellectual Property

All site code, graphics, product photos, and original copy are © Media Mint Games. Game titles, box art, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here under nominative fair use to describe the items we sell.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

• No scraping, crawling, or automated bulk access outside our published APIs.
• No reselling our content (photos, descriptions) on third-party platforms.
• No interfering with the Site's operation, security, or other users.
• No fraudulent chargebacks - we report and pursue them.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement) except those that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. Products are warranted only to be as described in their listing.

🧱 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order or use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid us for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

⚖️ Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State you reside in, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation; if that fails, by binding individual arbitration in the US (no class actions), except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.
